I can not express how unbelievably grateful I am for everyone here. From the first phone call to getting me Bella Bear home, we were both treated with nothing but love and respect. From allowing me to spend as much time as I needed with her both before and after, the tears that the amazing vet shed alongside me for a dog she had only just met, explaining everything, every move that was made, the utmost care my girl was treated with when they finally took her away, allowing her service dog vest to be cremated along with her, the very fast and careful return of her and the keepsakes back home to me. I never ever wanted this to be a service I needed, but I am so glad this was the team to provide it.
