From the minute i walked in the door I felt a warmth I will never forget. I was welcomed by Dmitri very soothing nice gentleman. I laid my Boots on the table. He was very understanding regarding my situation. He explained in depth what the process would be as follows. I was very impressed with him and Heavenly Paws. When I picked Boots up 2 days later Kiz welcomed me with a beautiful velvet bag with a certificate of cremation in a bigger bag. Everyone gave me a hug. I HIGHLY recommend Heavenly Paws to everyone!!!
